Rise & Roost Property Management is a full service short term rental management company offering consulting, design, set up and management services. The short term rental model (most recognized are the Airbnb and VRBO platforms) has only continued to grow in response to continued tourism growth and an increasing need for interim housing as many real estate markets continue to have low inventory and high demand.

Our current portfolio includes condos and single family configurations in the Nashville/Franklin TN, Florida, Maine and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge areas.

We handle every aspect of owning and operating a successful investment property for you. The short term rental model is unique and operates differently from any other type of investment property.
