There is a $150 annual fee. For any referral commission fees collected there will be a commission split with REI. If the referral is sent to a Synergy Realty Network agent the split will be 85/15. If the referral is sent to a brokerage other than Synergy Realty Network the split will be 75/25.
The $150 joining fee will be collected at the time of your membership is activated and renewed on your anniversary month.

No. Property management is a very litigious business. Brokers are also required to maintain additional books and bank accounts for handling money in order to practice property management. For the money that we charge to park you license it's just not a viable business model. So for that reason the answer is no.
